A BIT ABOUT MY STORY
With over 20 years of experience as a Teacher, Coach, Health Coach, Macros Coach, and Personal Trainer, I bring a science-backed, personalized approach to helping women build strength, lose fat, and create sustainable habits that last. Holding a Master’s in Exercise Science, I am also a Certified NBC-HWC Coach and Functional Nutrition Counselor, giving me a deep understanding of both the physiological and psychological aspects of behavior change.
As a former athlete, a mom of four, and someone who has personally struggled with nutrition challenges and hormone imbalances, I know firsthand how overwhelming the journey can feel. That’s why I take a compassionate, no one-size-fits-all approach, meeting clients where they are and empowering them with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take control of their health—without restriction or frustration.
My passion lies in helping women break free from dieting cycles, build strength inside and out, and create a lifestyle that feels good and lasts.
